Today was the 3rd round of the Communicare Action Soccer League, after going to training we were both hoping to get a game for Ruyterwacht. We were there to ref, coach or play but because some teams hadn't turned up we weren't need to ref or coach again. Harry started for Ruyterwacht and I got a disappointing 5 minutes in the 2nd half. As I left the pitch we were 3 goals up and in control but ended the match losing 6-5. A disappointing day all around, and Ruyterwacht are still without a win. We headed back and after getting ready tried to find a pub showing the Arsenal game, unfortunately the rugby was on and nowhere was showing football. Mixas had 5 TVs and we asked if the small 1 could be turned over but no all 5 must show the same rugby game. We walked out and it was a shame we was about to order food and have a few drinks. Instead we bought a few beers and headed to Berghof. A poor first half but a great goal from Giroud meant we were 1-0 up at half time.
It ended 3-0 and to celebrate we went back out to get food. We went to a Thai restaurant which had been recommended by Azille. It was so nice. I've never been to a Thai restaurant and I've never sat on the floor to eat before but I really enjoyed it. And again food out here is so reasonably priced. We can now tick that off the list of places to go.
Tomorrow we plan to quickly go to the Waterfront to pick up souvenirs and a data package for our phones and then we've been invited around to Joe's for lunch and then we might go out to watch rugby/football in the afternoon. Quite looking forward to tomorrow now.
